I used almond butter, steel cut quick oats, and maple with the suggested dried cherries and flax seed, so I almost certainly had different results.
But I really needed a recipe like this to guide my hand and take my snacking to a new level.

They are good but certainly missing some extra flavor. If I make again I would add extra apple, a little vanilla, and a bit of cinnamon. I think that would round out the flavors better. Very peanut butter forward with not much else.

Delicious and easy to make. No problems putting it all in my food processor. Used a whole apple, omitted the honey and rolled them in cinnamon

Simple to make and tastes great! I used the food processor attachment for my Ninja blender, and it barely fit. What I ended up with was a bit finer ground than I'd like it to be. I had to add water, but should have stopped at 1 tbsp since 2 was too much. I intend to try it again soon to see if I can get something closer to the picture.

Super easy, and I had everything already in my kitchen! I don't have a food processor, so I used my blender to grind up the apple.. then mixed everything in a bowl. I also added chia seeds as well!

Stuck to the recipe, made a double batch. Came out very well and simple to put together.

I added maybe a bit too much peanut butter but otherwise it made a good batch of 15 yummy small snack bites!!
