- 3 bunches broccolini (trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces)

- 6 Tbsp. hoisin sauce (select a vegan option)
- 2 Tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (or substitute tamari for gluten free)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 scallion (washed and chopped, separate the white from the green and mince the white)
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 pinch Chinese 5 spice powder
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce
