This was delicious! The lemon zest was a perfect touch. The chicken was very moist & asparagus still had a bit of crunch. Will definitely make again.

We loved it, I coated the asparagus with olive oil and seasoned it before I stuffed the chicken, made the chicken more moist I used mozzarellas and served it with grilled tomatoes..... It was perfec!

Was good. Didn't have Mozzarella so used Parmesan instead. Stuffed to many asparagus stalks in but still yummy

Great recipe. Made as directed. Don’t skimp on the mozzarella. If you’re family is not a fan of lemon on meat go light on the zest.

turned out so yummy and not dry at all. I also wrapped mine in bacon!

I switched it up a bit, but used this recipe for insirpation. I pounded the chicken breast and stuffed with with mozzarella and spinach, instead of asparagus. I rolled the breasts up and tied them. From there I followed the recipe as directed cutting off the strings once cooked. I made a quick creamed spinach and tomatoes to cover the chicken and served it all over farro.

So delicious! 20 minutes was a little too long though....Chicken was slightly dry. Next time I will keep a closer eye on it.

Oh my Worddddddd!! This is amazing quick and easy and not too much cleaning either. I thought this recipe would not go over with the kids but adding a little more cheese is just what the job did. I paired it with some yellow rice and dinner was heaven. This was so great and I can’t wait to make it again. This recipe has made it to our rotation
