Microwaved the bacon for 1 1/2 minutes on high. Two minutes would have been better.
Depending on the size of the scallops, you might not want to cut the bacon.
The honey had solidified, so I put it into the microwave. It was too runny. Keep it thick and it will stay on the scallops better.
