Definitely takes all of 4 min on each side to cook the scallops through. Great flavor, but not sure what to do with the diced bacon at the end.
Needs 3 times more Cajun spice.

While frying I kept having to drain the pan as the scallops were making all this liquid wound up putting in the oven under the broiler the scallops finished shrunk up and were chewy ….. disappointing
