Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place a sheet pan in oven while it's preheating.
- In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and salt until well combined. Set aside about 15 minutes before cooking.
- Place bacon in a single layer in a large nonstick frying pan. Cook bacon over medium heat until evenly browned and crisp, flipping as needed, about 10 minutes.
