- 8 strips bacon
- 8 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed, 8 oz. is about 1/2 a bag)
- 8 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz. is about 1 cup)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 12-cavity muffin tin generously with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place two sheets of paper towels on a large dinner plate, and set aside.

ive only just started really getting into cooking for myself and others. and this was my first thing i made using this app. while making it i was questioning the hash browns, only cause im not a fan. but after tasting them the hash browns just make it so much better than if they didn't have them. everyone seemed to enjoy them, I definitely enjoyed them. this easy breakfast really boosted my cooking self esteem

I didn't have bacon but made it my own with half of the had, mushrooms, tomatoes, ham, and sprinkle of cheese. The second half was broccoli, tomatoes, corn, ham, and sprinkle of cheddar. They were both very good

Pretty tasty. I added a little garlic powder and used homemade hash browns.

it was good. not as fluffy as expected maybe because my hash browns drowned in used oil. I also didnt use the cheese or sour cream due to milk allergies in my family. It was filling. more bacon for me!!!

It tastes well. I altered the recipe a little bit but it still tastes delicious. The bacon and the potato go well together. This is my first recipe on Yummly! Very good stuff on here. I’d cook this many times over again.

incredibly easy and delicious recipe! I added more bacon cause yumm. I also used more hasbrowns and used diced instead of shredded. I feel you taste the potato more that way. Its great to make at the beginning of the week since yoh can easily heat them up for a quick and nutritious breakfast. Im gonna try adding some spinach next time too.

They were amazing! I used some chicken sausage instead of bacon and potatoes, I also got an idea from another recipe that uses croissant dough to form a cup on the outside! Thanks for the great meal!
