Easy and tasty. I always find sea scallops difficult to get right but this recipe makes it easy.

Good flavor, my cheese melted together in gross little clumps however. Used little bay scallops instead of large scallops.

It was really good! I had a 1.5 pound pack of scallops so I tripled the recipe. The only change I made was dried oregano instead of fresh parsley because I didn’t have any. 👍🏻

An awesome and easy dish. The scallops were cooked to perfection without the splatter of pan searing. It was a hit and will definitely be made again. 🥰

This was really good and really easy. The scallops came out perfectly cooked with a nice “crust” from the broiler. I will definitely make this again and would recommend this recipe to anyone who might be intimidated by the thought of trying to pan-sear scallops. This is a great alternative.

Delicious! Adding lemon juice really enhanced the flavor. I did add a little heavy cream and a few frozen peas for color to the recipe.
