- 2 cups chicken (Pulled Alfredo, Recipe HERE If you don't have time to make the Pulled Alfredo Chicken you can just toss some rotisserie chicken in alfredo sauce ahead of time.)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce (your favorite)
- 2 cups italian blend cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (fresh finely chopped)
- black olives (optional)
- Roma tomatoes (optional)
