I made a few additions to this recipe. I didn't have 1 1/2 cups of ricotta cheese so I added 4 oz. oz of Cream Cheese to the Ricotta Cheese. After boiling the pasta and mixing the Ricotta/Cream Cheese mixture, I put the pasta in a 9x13 pan. I poured 2 lbs. of cooked Lean Hamburger and 1 small chopped onions over the pasta. I used Cheddar & Colby cheese. It was DELICIOUS! This served 8.

Good, but doesn’t make very much. It would probably also be better with a little meat in it.
