- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan Romano cheese
- 6 oz. mozzarella (cut into small cubes)
- 2 cups milk (full fat is ideal)

This was incredible. The hubs is on cholesterol watch so I used almond milk, vegan cheeses and turkey sausage. I agree with previous poster, never a bad recipe from smitten kitchen.

I used rotini pasta. I didnt use broccoli rabe but did use fresh broccoli. i didnt dump it onto the water, but slightly cook in the microwave . i doubled the sauce. It was def a hit. Makes a lot of food.

Yummo....Did increase the sauce...wham bammo! delicous. like for realz. this one is a keeper.

Amazing! It’s a lot of work but definitely worth it! I love the bitterness of the rapini against the richness of the sauce!

Followed the directions exactly and used spicy sausage. Was very flavorful and we all thoroughly enjoyed it, Great hearty comfort meal for the fall and winter!

Amazing, I've yet to find a bad recipe from smitten kitchen. The garlic was too strong for my kids (2&4) but my husband and I will be eating on this dish for a few days. Perfect in the winter!
