Insanely good. We thoroughly enjoyed this, and I am impressed by it's low ingredient list and easy prep. Total winning recipe all around! I will happily be adding this into our regular rotation. Thank you for sharing!

loved this! Slilght changes: chicken breasts (tenderized to bring all to similar thickness), put olive oil, pepper and powdered garlic on both sides of chicken before putting in lightly oiled cooking dish. Substituded sundried tomatoes for Roma (husband and kids have issues with cooked tomatoes). Everyone LOVED it. Served with roasted vegetables (chopped baby potatoes, red onion, broccoli and carrots, tossed with olive oil, seasoned with, garlic powder, basil, rosemary, salt and pepper) on an oiled sheet pan and both dishes baked for the same time for the time recommended (I used a true convection setting at 375 degrees - instead of regular bake at 400).
