The fish came out properly cooked and tasted good. The problem I have erythema recipe is that the lemon slices covered the garlic not allowing it to get crisp...too soft. Maybe leave the garlic to the top or omit the slices and use some lemon juice in a butter sauce??

I put it on foil since I didn’t have parchment paper and I suggest oil the foil so the skin doesn’t stick
