This wasn’t great. The “topping” doesn’t mix well and resulting flavor is more tangy/spicy than ranch. Won’t be making this one again.

I wasn’t too much of a fan, but everyone else loved it. save it. I had to start over. To be fair the flavor was better than I expected. I also don’t like chicken thighs so if I do make this recipe again I will use breasts. If that’s all this dish was I would have rated it higher. In the recipe it says to add lemon juice to the basting sauce if it was too thick. Mine was too thick. I added lemon juice. It curdled almost immediately and there was nothing I could do to save it. I had to start over. I don’t think I did anything wrong. Why have directions like that if it ruins your sauce? I don’t understand. I dislike wasting ingredients, so that’s why this recipe gets 2 stars.

It turned out well Pop liked it I cooked it in the oven like prescribed. Dressing a little too thin next time no water just lemon juice and keep it thick

tasty! i served on a ceasar salad. it was just a bit boring but tasted exactly as you'd expect

Made with boneless skinless thighs. It definitely had a strong garlic flavor more than a ranch flavor even though I followed the ratios.
Will not make again. After trying it as leftovers for dinner the next day the flavors were terrible.

It was wonderful and the baste was perfect! I actually spooned it on top before the second trip in the oven which added a nice crust. I also used a wire rack underneath to reduce the "sogginess" of the chicken.
