It was a great meal! Served way more than 4. You could use this recipe to make two 9x9 or 8x8 pans and freeze one. I made some modifications to the recipe as follows: 1.5 jars of sauce, gluten free noodles, added a pack of mild Italian sausage to the ground beef, omitted the butter, and added about 1 tbls of Italian seasoning to the cottage cheese. My picky eater had seconds!

very good. I did modify quite a bit though. Used angel hair pasta vs spaghetti and also added chopped garlic cloves and a shallot to the recommended medium onion.

I always think baked spaghetti and lasagna are a little dry and this one was.... tasted great though .

This was pretty good. For my family’s liking I will use less noodles then the recipe calls for... we more sauce then noodle. This also yielded a ton. Our family of 4 still threw good away after having leftovers. (Again, less noodles will fix that issue.)

Amazing and easy. And quite a bit of food leftover with two people eating. Excited to see how it tastes tomorrow.

I have made tons of different versions of Baked Spaghetti and this is now my go to recipe. This was amazing!

Delicious. I omitted the meat and added mushrooms and peppers after my onion and garlic cooked down. Dashed in some hot pepper flakes then added a can of tomatoes. My fella is the outdoorsman and we recently went hiking around for some ramps. A ramp looks like a scallion with a wide leaf, it is an onion that has the taste of garlic as well. They are pretty amazing and we are dehydrating the scallion looking part, so long story short I threw a LOT of ramp tops in my mixture. Added my pasta sauce to it and cooked it down. From there I followed the recipe. The pasta with the egg and parmesan after cooked really held the shape of your food well. I took this to a memorial and it was wonderful comfort food, easy to cut, and serve and not messy! Will make this again.
