I fixed this for dinner tonight. Oh my goodness, it smelled so amazing! It’s very easy and tasty! I’ll be preparing this again... and, soon !

Really enjoyed it. Bit time consuming coating and frying the chicken first but lovely and tender. I will make again.

The chicken smelled wonderful, I would prob just not pre fry it, it took alot of extra time.

It wasn’t crispy like I had hoped, however the chicken was really tender! I’d say the main flavor in this dish was pineapple-I’d add a little extra soy sauce, little less pineapple juice, but as a whole we liked it! Served it with sticky rice and it was perfect!
