I have to give this only 4 stars because this is not the complete version I use. And this would be rather bland in my opinion. I do this recipe but I sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper and a pinch of thyme. Then top with the crushed crackers and drizzle with melted butter. Another pinch of thyme on the top. This comes out like a baked haddock recipe we used to eat at a restaurant as youth-Bonanza- It was my favorite thing on the menu. I also have made this with the butter, thyme and some shredded cheese mixed in with the crackers. We love it!
