This was my first time making a sheet pan dinner and I was thoroughly pleased! I love balsamic vinegar, so seeing this recipe quickly caught my attention. This was a very quick, easy, and delicious recipe. I've made it a few times, now and typically serve it with rice (preferably brown rice). My husband loves it!

It was a bit blan. My husband was not a fan...I enjoyed it but fou d myself adding salsa to amp it up

Bland. Peel the zuccine for better taste. Maybe add more lemon for a zestier taste.
