- black pepper (fresh, to taste)

- 10 asparagus (medium, ends trimmed, cut in half)
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 red onions (chopped in large chunks)
- 1/2 cup carrots (sliced in half long, cut into 3-inch pieces)
- 5 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (smashed and roughly chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar (omit for whole30, keto, paleo)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano (or thyme)
- 2 leaves fresh sage (chopped)

Delicious and easy! I made it with all veggies I love. Next time, I want to try marinating the chicken in the balsamic because the taste didn't come through as I wanted.

Amazing and I doubled the sauce to put in the pan and I cooked it for 35 and 1/2 minutes. Absolutely love this!

savory ,full flavor I ran out of balsamic vinegar so I mixed it with a little red wine vinegar and I don't know if that made a difference or not being it was the first time I've made this but it did not seem to harm the recipe at all !

AMAZING! This was super easy to make, and impressed my in-laws with how delicious it was! I cooked it for longer than the recipe says, but also added more veggies.

Great, easy dish. I use apple cider vinegar instead of the balsamic, which I think gives it a much nicer flavor. Too keep it low carb, I pair it with roasted cauliflower.

The dish came out great! I would use a little less veggies and more sea salt but otherwise it was delicious and my kids loved it as well.

It turned out yummy I didn’t add carrots I forgot but next time I will add the carrots but I wish you can smell this delicious dish it is so tasty. I also made Spanish white rice and served it on the side.

Turned out pretty good. Nice, healthy meal for the family. Took me much longer than the recipe suggested, mainly because I couldn’t find boneless thighs at my local grocery store, so I had to debone. Not a favorite recipe, but I will probably make again.

I added more stuff to the seasoning of my chicken and added some grounded pepper cause I like spicy food
