Tasted great, but very mushy. Not at all like a mug cake

That was quite the adventure. I’m not much of a cook these years but I thought how bad can it be.My baking powder was many years old, my bananas were frozen had to thaw in the microwave. I had almond flour instead of coconut flour. my butter was frozen. And I wasn’t sure what nut butter was but I usedjust butter. I put it in for a couple of minutes. it boiled over into onto the microwave plates. But I scooped it up to taste.
Runny but not bad.
Then had to try it again but still ran over, still runny, looked like instant oatmeal but still ate it off the microwave plate . May try it again some time.
