Excellent!
Third time we made it
First time was delicious but a little hot We went with 2 Tablespoons Berbere in Lentils and it’s perfect

I made this recipe the other night for dinner, and it turned out really good. I didn't have lentils, so I used 2 cups of basmati rice in replacement of the 1 cup of lentils. My husband and I thought it was delicious. It was a bit spicy for me, but still doable. Next time I make it I might use a little less red pepper flakes and/or paprika.
