This was the bomb! Even my husband who hates all things coconut liked this recipe. I baked it until it was pulling away from the sides of the pan and even looking a little black on places on top, but it was perfectly done.

Added 1/4 tsp nutmeg and a handful of chopped walnuts. Amazing!
