These were worth the effort! We loved them and will definitely make them again

Excellent! Very flavorful. I love spicy food so it was perfect for me. My bf can't handle spice so I will have to change it next time I make it. He still ate 3 tacos! I gave him yogurt to help cool the spiciness. I also made it with venison and the meat turned out super tender.

Honestly, I thought this would be just okay! Wrong!!! I was old school and crock potted it for 7 hours…This had so much flavor and was incredible, will be making this again and again!

Awesome dish! One of my favourite!

It was great I only used half can of the chipotle peppers with adobo due to one of my sons not liking his food too spicy. Making again this weekend.😋

It was good... smelled great while cooking. Came out looking great. I took a small piece of the meat to try and initially was disappointed because it seemed like it lacked flavor, then after swallowing it my entire mouth was on fire. We eat spicy food regularly, my 16yo brother practically drinks hot sauce and he was sweating while eating it. I would better clarify the can of chipotle in adobo because it comes in so many sizes, I got the smallest I could find but I still feel like that’s where it went wrong. Like extremely wrong.

The tacos turned out great! Amazing flavor, not too spicy!

It was simple and easy to do, next time I'll need to as more seasoning. I added 10 more minutes in my instant pot so the sirloin could be really tender.

Excellent made as directed in my insta pot, corn tortillas were great toasted with the sauce. Served with authentic Mexican cheese and cilantro
