Pretty tasty! They come out a bit dry and definitely crumble when you sauté, so an extra egg may be necessary. Not sure why the ingredients don’t mention that you need to add the eggs and bread crumbs to the food processor with everything else, but I did and would recommend. You will need to season to your liking!
