Easy and flavorful. I used a bit less cayenne and it was spot on.

Great recipe! I figured 1 tbsp cayenne was too much so I just used 1 tsp and it was perfect. Lots of heat and spice without overpowering the salmon. Served it with asparagus, roasted potatoes, and a lemon sauce (2 tbsp mayo, zest and juice of 1 lemon, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley) and it was so good! This is going in the regular rotation.

Awesome!!!! I have never given a review before but I just had to. This was easy and delicious!!! If you like blackened salmon, this is an easy true to seasoned recipe. I had a small piece so I just used a teaspoon instead of a tablespoon for the one piece of salmon.

First time making salmon EVER! It was delicious! I followed the recipe exactly and served it to friends that eat salmon often. Everyone LOVED and wished we had more 😍

It was great. I used very little oil and created a marinade to deepen the color of the fish
