All of my guest really enjoyed this salad and I’ve started using it as a base for other salads! I always make the recipe the proper way before modifying to rate it accurately and it was 5 stars right from the start, but now I’ve used it as a guide for lemon dressing, and it’s always delicious! I love how the citrus dressing keeps the avocados green

Better than expected, it filled me up. I did how never make a few modifications...substituted and added romaine lettuce rather than what the recipe called for and added non dairy mozzarella to the feta cheese. Turned out quite good. I don’t think my salad was 780 calories but l’ll concede to maybe 500 calories. Will make again!
