Put all ingredients into instant pot then set on high pressure with sealing 60 minutes. So tender and savory.

Très bien même avec du bouillon de poulet à la place de boeuf. J’ai ajouté des patates 30 min avant la fin de cuisson et des haricots verts 15 min avant.

A great recipe - the only change was I lowered the temperature to 300 instead of the 350
