I just used the recipe as a guide. Made it for a catering client to taste. They loved it! I did too! This will be a new offering on my menu.

delicious and tender! it was my first time making short ribs and was very pleased with how easy it was and what a delicious meal it provided. i served with garlic mashed potatoes
