I forgot the vanilla and used heavy cream. I also added a little brewed coffee. Can’t believe how good this is! Best thing I’ve had on Keto so far!!

I would give this recipe more than 5 stars if I could, it was so good! Perhaps I will try strawberry or vanilla flavored. Yes, this is definitely a keeper.
I want to send this one to my Carb Manager app but have been unable to.

Pretty good. Used my protein powder and flax seeds as well as almond milk. Avocados definitely make it creamy and delicious!

Wow! Holy cow! No one noticed this was a “Keto” recipe. I used a large half of an avocado, 2 tablespoons Swerve, added a 1/2 cup of black coffee, and a half scoop of vanilla whey protein. It tasted like a rich chocolate shake. Amazing.

This was really thick and delicious a new favorite. I am wondering if I put the shake in the freezer would it make a nice ice cream ???

Easy and fast to make. Very tasty and filling. Added 1 tbsp MCT ans 3 tsp chia seeds per portion

It was really good but I’ll definitely be cutting back on the swerve. Left too much of an aftertaste.
