Should have had 5 ingredients. SALT! It would help to know how many cups of broccoli. I had to double the amount of ricotta and eggs to even try to cover the broccoli. If you like dry, crunchy broccoli this is OK. I mixed everything in a large bowl. The video was a mess! I suggest blanching the broccoli. If I try this again, I will blanch and add salt. Will not use as much broccoli either.
