I’d use less butter next time. Butter was way over powering and not enjoyable. I only made 6 cookies and refrigerated rest. I will add more oats/flour to cut down on butter.

I drained the butter to get a lot less toffee flavor but it’s so good. If you really like toffee do not dainthe butter. If you let’s The butter cool down to warm and add old two eggs it will cool down and turn into a gel like consistency And you can pour over the brown sugar and white sugar.

These are the best cookies I’ve ever made, and I’ve made A LOT of cookies! For my first batch, I used toffee bits and refrigerated my dough overnight. It made 54 cookies for 4 people that lasted about 4 days. This time, I’m making a double batch!
