This is a great filling recipe I’ve tried a few times. I have made some modifications and it turns out lovely! Instead of peas, I use chopped broccoli along with mushrooms and sliced cherry tomatoes. This is a heavy recipe but plant based heavy cream and low fat parm used taste equally great. Sometimes I get super crazy and add chopped crispy bacon.

Excellent! Used farmers sausage, rotini pasta (needed more water), chives, and blackening seasoning as my substitutes. Would like to try some of the suggested veggie options next time.

Full of color and balanced. We did cook the pasta separately and then combine

This was delicious but I did up the amounts. I ended up adding 2 cups of frozen peas, 3 cups of heavy cream, 10 oz of cherry tomatoes, 1 cup of Parmesan, and I used a whole bundle of green onions. I left the amount of noodles and sausage alone, but I wanted there to be more sauce. I thought this recipe was very good.

We had made this before, but it's been a really long time. This stuff is amazing!! love the consistency of the sauce. I would double everything though if feeding more than 3 people. Got 4 servings (bowls) out of this. Delicious 😋

AMAZING AND AMAZINGLY EASY TO MAKE!!! Think I over did the Cajun seasoning but definitely worth trying!

Too much heavy cream, had to compensate with cheese to thicken the sauce. Definitely not on a diet with this meal 😁

Awesome! Making it 2 nights in a row they loved it so much!

Amazing! But I’d definitely use penne and not the elbow like the directions say you can. Also asparagus instead of peas for an extra crunch

Very well. I substituted chopped broccoli for the peas and used vegetable broth instead of water.

kinda bland on the flavor.
