- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 6 oz. noodles (I used O’Hana Organic Chow Mein Style Noodles)
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 stalk green onion (chopped for garnish, optional)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (or to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- corn starch (dissolved in water)

Good ~ I used fresh shitakes, a whole can of water chestnuts, a bag of yu choy, bean sprouts and a bag of bok choy. I skipped the noodles, oil, and cornstarch.
