This recipe is great

This was delicious! Didn’t have oranges, so I substituted 3 clementines. I also used coriander seeds instead of ground, and Mexican oregano. This recipe is a keeper and so easy!

Followed the recipe exactly as written. Fabulous! Will add to my frequent menus.

I loved it! I made it in the slow cooker because I didn’t have a Dutch oven. Used the same timing and set in out high! And then broiled just as it called! I had it for the next 2-3 days for lunch with avacado, cheese, sour cream, etc and it was so tasty.

Made as is and it was perfect.

Too much citrus if you ask me. Gives it a slightly weird taste.

Flavor was great. Also doubled citrus and garlic as other reviewers did. I think next time I'll just double the garlic and keep the citrus as is.

Fabulous! I did double the lime, orange, and garlic. Waited to put the jalapeno on afterward.

My husband doubled the orange, lime, garlic and onion and cooked it in the oven for an extra 30 min. It turned out delicious!!
