Used chicken thigh instead of breast because it can withstand more cooking and has more flavor, but this was soooo tasty!

I've made this twice now and both times ot came out great. It isn't very spicy but is a great recipe for lunch prep or dinner with some leftovers.

We like saucy stuff and this one didn’t have enough for us. We will try to make again with more sauce. But other than that it was delicious.

Loved it! Super quick and easy to make, with delicious results. Served it with soba noodles and a little extra Sriracha on the side.
