Probably the easiest cauliflower crust recipe out there! I read tons of them before settling on this one. Made it last night and it turned out great! It holds together well even with tons of toppings. You can pick it up just like a real bread based crust when eating. The flavor is not bad - it doesn't really taste like cauliflower except maybe around the edges where there is no sauce or toppings, but the plain crust taste is really good. I also liked the addition of the video from the Rachel Ray show on how to make it. Really helped to visualize how to do the steps. The only bad part is the part where you squeeze the mixture to rid it of excess water. Watch your hands - the water is very hot after the microwaving step!
