My first try at the recipe came out okay. I'm no cook but an trying, and the more explicit the instructions the better. It looked appealing when I saw it so I picked up the items I needed, which included a head of cauliflower. I separated it and washed it then saw the instruction referred to rice.
Rice? What rice? The ingredients called for a head of cauliflower. I guess I need to read the instructions through first from now on - I could have purchased riced cauliflower instead or grated it myself.
Came out okay but very chunky and not lie the picture so I'll see how it works using the correct ingredient.
