Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Place the chopped cauliflower in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Pulse multiple times, until the florets have the same texture as couscous. Transfer the cauliflower to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the bread crumbs, cheese, egg, egg white, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the cauliflower. Mix with a rubber spatula until the ingredients are thoroughly combined and hold together when pinched.

Excellent! I followed the recipe exactly except I only had panko bread crumbs. I made extra to freeze!
