This is a very nice side dish that's super easy to make. It's definitely something to have on hand if hosting a large group. The taste and texture are very pleasant but you can go overboard with the cheese if you are not careful. Although the horseradish does add flavour, it's subtle and complimentary to the rest of the dish so even those who are not fans of it shouldn't object. Most people might not even identify the taste as being horseradish.
