A very easy recipe! The texture was kind of offputting to other members of the house, though. If I make them again, I'll try riper bananas.
The last few cookies, which had sat for a few days, got a hard crust. They're definitely much better when warm.

This recipe is so simple but delicious and I've made them twice this week and the 2nd time I had to double the recipe. Just a little information on getting bananas super ripe in 15 minutes, preheat oven to 250 and put the bananas in on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes, it ripens them very quick and yes they'll be blackened
