My kids are pretty picky eaters, but they both liked the roll-ups. My younger son isn't a fan of mozzarella, so his roll-ups had less cheese which is really easy to do. I added fresh baby spinach to my roll-ups and loved the addition. I also used a 7x11 pyrex pan which held the 8 rolls perfectly! I don't think you need a full 2 cups of alfredo, I needed less than one 14.5 oz jar. I also used only 8 oz of fresh shredded mozzarella. Enjoy!
