It was a hit! I love the flavors the five-spice has given to this dish! Although I noticed that you have changed your recipe on your blog. Good thing I made it before you changed it because it was perfect.

This is probably one of my least favorite things I’ve ever made. The Chinese five spice completely ruins this dish! Considering the fact that five spice has cinnamon and star anise in it AND that chow mein should never taste like cinnamon or licorice, I should’ve known better!! Save yourself the time and just find a copycat Panda Express recipe somewhere else!
