- 1 egg (slightly whisked)
- 1/3 cup dry roasted peanuts (roughly chopped)
- 1 lime (sliced into wedges)
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar (or white)
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 4 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Made last evening; needed a bit more soy sauce for flavor. Did not add the fish sauce. Everyone enjoyed dinner will make again
