- 1 lb. chicken (cooked, and diced into bite-sized pieces)
- 25 oz. marinara sauce (I am using a jar of Aldi organic Marinara)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded part skim mozzarella
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional, fresh basil would also be fantastic!)
- 1 lb. part skim ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tsp. parsley (dried)
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt (and pepper, 1/4 teaspoon each)

Super easy and perfect for weeknight meal

Delicious! I added a little extra sauce and tossed a few capers into the pasta. Served it with a side of roasted broccoli. Would make again 😋
