I have made this recipe over 20 times! my hubby loves it. I double the lemons, garlic, broth and capers. and I also add the caper juice. if the sauce is too thin I add a tiny bit of flour. I hate it when I run out of the sauce so this ensures there is some for everyone! love this recipe!

Great recipe! I cooked 2 chicken breast halves and made it almost exactly like the recipe calls. Only change I made was that I used potato starch instead of flour for a healthier option. Next time, I will add a dry white wine instead of oil around steps 5/6 and reduce on high until I get a thicker consistency. Depending on how much you reduce the sauce, how many chicken pieces you have, and how much sauce you like on your chicken, you might want to double the sauce ingredients. I like extra sauce on my chicken and there was just enough for the 2 chicken breast halves.
Note: careful when adding the thinly sliced garlic as it will burn quickly.
Side: rice pilaf

Very good! Family really enjoyed. Used chicken thighs as that’s what I had available.

I did add a little white wine vinegar and more butter and lemon juice. But everything was amazing!!!

breaded and fried the chicken breasts and put in 350 oven to cook through/keep warm. made the sauce and pasta and kept them all separate to serve. my family fefinitely enjoyed it more this way.

The recipe turned out to my liking. I first experienced it at The Cheesecake Factory then wanted to make it myself. It is a great and simple home cooked meal and fun for me. I realize I live the taste of capers as well :-)

Tried both with and without white wine. This one is very good. Especially when you forget to buy wine. And I just used 4 chicken breasts. All I had.

Made it as a double batch with steamed veggies and roasted potatoes.
Great meal.
The chicken itself took a while though as I had to cook it in 4 batches.

I've made this dish with a few other recipes, and this is the first one my husband liked. I've made it three times now and with each preparation he has gone back for seconds. This one stays in rotation!

Great recipe I confess I couldn’t think of what I would use the rest of the jar of capers with so I used the whole jar. Easy to follow thanks!

Delicious! Lots of flavor. I used lime, because I have a lime tree, and being Mexican I prefer it. I used basil instead of parsley, because of what is available in my garden, I served it with zucchini pasta since I am growing zucchini, I tossed it in the left over piccata sauce. I also used chicken thighs and it taste great.

Very simple but good. I didnt have lemon at the time but it was still good. A hearty meal that i teamed up with potatoes.

It turned out very tasty! I added a slurry(cornstarch and water) to thicken the sauce. I doubled the recipe, it was a hit.
