Yummy. I marinated the chicken overnight and pan seared than baked it. I added garlic and red pepper flakes to the sauce. Nice complimentary combo. Made a side of white rice of course. What's a meal without rice ;)

It was a big hit here! I made extra sauce and my kids kept spooning it on their basmati rice. Loved that it was dairy free too. Yum Yum!!!😋
