We all loved it. Will cut back on the red pepper for my daughter and serve with rice. Will definitely make again.

Tasty! Quick! Easy!
I left out the potatoes to shave off some calories. Didn’t miss ‘em.
Served with a salad.

This was quick, easy, delicious and healthy! I made it exactly as instructed but I’m already planning variations like Cajun seasoning instead of the Italian seasoning and some broccoli and fresh green beans. I never had chicken sausage before today but it really was excellent.

Delicious! Used cherry peppers instead of bell peppers--delicious! Double the spices; I loved the taste of the extra heat, but my husband would have preferred 1.5 X, I think. Served it over some seasoned brown rice. Very pleased!
