I served this for my new neighbors last night. I made it with breast meat on a grill pan. After grilling on each side for 5 or so minutes, I sprinkled it with water and covered with a large lid. It was wonderful, juicy and tender!
I served it with rice, summer squash and a salad.
It was a big hit!

This was such a great chicken dish with great flavor. The spices were just perfect. I only had time to let it marinate for 1 hour and then cooked the chicken thighs on the grill. So easy, tastes like I spent hours. I served it with a fresh garden salad and fresh homemade lemon basil vinaigrette. So good! We had leftovers so we are already looking forward to lunch tomorrow. Thank you!

Marinated over night and cooked in my Air frier. was a nice palette change when doing Keto paired with Almond flour tortillas.

This was amazing. I doubled the spice amount and marinated overnight! It was perfect. Also I cooked it with my air fryer on 380° for 25 minutes. Finally paired it with an amazing white shawarma sauce. It's now in the regular rotation.

Absolutely fabulous! Perfect seasoning all the way around. Just a touch of back heat to accompany the acid from the lemon. We will certainly make this again and again. Tender, juicy, flavorful and easy!

Family loved it! It was not too spicy nor too bland. We’ve tried so many other recipes and it was difficult. This is easy to follow and the outcome was flavorful.

This is one of my go-to dishes! I serve it with pita and side salad, or just as a salad. I love I can do all the prep the night before, so all I have to do is cook the chicken.

Marinated 24 hours and cooked on the stove in a cast iron pan. Very flavorful with moderate heat. One teenager loved it, the other thought it was too spicy (but still ate quite a bit) My wife’s plate was clean. Combined, that is a resounding success in my house.

Really good baked in the oven - one of my favorite dishes I’ve found on Yummly so far. Made with rice, naan and a tomato cucumber salad.

This recipe is so good! I’ve made it about five times now over the last month because my husband loves it so much. I use chicken breast tenders instead of chicken thighs and bake them in the oven. If you like spicy food definitely try this recipe you won’t be disappointed!

The meal was really delicious. I loved the combination of the spice. Easy to make. However, I feel like the sides needed to be explained as well. I just followed the sides in the picture and it turned out great.

The meat was delicious, very tender and moist with great spices. I rates it as a 3 star because I didn't really think the sides pictured enhanced the meat. I liked the meat by itself better with other sides.

No substitutions excerpt for hand-grinding coriander seed and using boneless chicken thighs on the charcoal grill. Flavors were excellent.
