First time ever having this. It definitely needs spices. It’s very blan except for the strong wine taste (I used cooking wine)

Very good! I used 19 crimes Chardonnay. Will definitely do this again, although next time will try some garlic in the recipe and also shred the chicken instead of cubes.

Fabulous!! I added mushrooms and peas so that there were some veggies too. Changed the wine to half cup of heavy whipping cream for more richness.

Perfect every time. Sauté onions and chicken in butter, add mushrooms at the end, finish with garlic and wine before baking.
