It tastes good. I followed advice from other reviews and added some onions, spinach and garlic to the mushrooms. I also sautéed rice before adding liquid. It was not quite done at 20 mins so I had to add more time

It was fabulous! My three edits are: 1. add 1 large sweet yellow onion. 2. Add 3 cloves of fresh garlic 3. I think it needs 1/4 to 1/2 cup more rice as it was a little runny.

I seasoned the chicken with more than salt and pepper but it was really good! Chicken was tender!

Simple and delicious. I browned the rice a little before adding the liquid and really liked that.

Ok the chicken wasn’t done. I had to cook the chicken a lot longer. The rice was delicious.

Fantastic! So good I could hardly believe I made it myself. And it’s pretty easy to make.

The rice took longer than 20 minutes to cook and therefore the chicken was overcooked. I felt it lacked flavour. It needs a different spice besides salt and pepper

Excellent!!! I even added a little shredded carrot to add more flavor. I also made a small variation , I already had cooked the chicken in water with lots vegetables, so I just shredded the chicken and added it to the rice once the rice was cooked. Great!

Easy dish. A great base dish. I added a slash of wine when cooking the mushrooms. Next time I might try flouring the chicken for a little breading. Other veggies like asparagus and bell might be nice to add as well.

Great. I added some keifer lime leaves during the last 10 minutes and it added just the right touch.
